    My family has used Diana and her partner and husband, Steven, on three residential real estate transactions in little more than a year. We are extremely impressed with their easy professionalism. They do, indeed, check all the boxes. Diana and Steven's informed expertise and pleasant manner provide a comfort level that makes the experience enjoyable.     Steven and Diana are not only amazing real estate agents, but also really nice people. They took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for, and to answer every possible question we had no matter how small. They leant their expertise and opinions while always showing respect to us, other agents, and sellers. Working with them made a highly stressful process manageable because we knew we could trust them and their recommendations. We were so nervous about the whole process but they always made us feel comfortable and in control. They never pressured us towards a sale or made us feel rushed about anything. They were always available, even after hours, by phone, text, and email. Even on the rare occasions when both Steven and Diana would be out of town, they made sure to set us up with another agent from their firm, both of whom we also really enjoyed working with (Thank you Shelley and Sami!). The recommendations they provided for other professionals (mortgage broker, home inspector, etc.) were so helpful and always spot on. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the experience or the service we received. If at some point we decided to sell, we wouldn’t even consider going with anyone else!!

    As good as they come!! Love these guys! They new we were under a tight schedule and needed to move out house fast. They accommodated us in every way possible to get as many showing as they could. When it came to the offers we were presented with 15 offers all above asking. In the final negotiations their strategies of how to structure the contingencies not only allowed us to close faster but also saved us a lot of money. Great people persons who know their stuff!

    We have been looking for a house since early 2020 with no luck. In the middle of the year, a good friend of us referred Diana Armstrong-Bruns to us. She said that she was just great! I need to acknowledge that she was completely correct. We are very busy working from home and homeschooling our kid. Adding a house search and going through an escrow process could be very painful. Diana was on the top of it all the time. Sometimes, because of our crazy schedule, we were just able to get back to her at 11pm, and for our surprise, we were getting our answers back right away. She is very professional and everybody that she recommended were also amazing professionals. To the inspectors for the house to our broker. In addition, to all the professionalism and high quality work we can not forget to talk about her as a person. Diana was always very caring and in moments where we were struggling with some personal issues she helped us going to inspections when I could not make it. And she was in all the other inspections with me. She always let it clear that she was on our team. It took us a while to like a house enough to buy. However, when we found it we had an amazing team to beat all the competition. Also, a very knowledgeable professional to make sure that we made a good investment.     Diana worked on both finding us our new home and selling our last (beloved) home. Not only did she make both process seamless, she guided us through with so much care and grace and ...well, let's just say I have no idea where the line of what a traditional realtor is supposed to do or not do stands (post sale) as she did absolutely EVERYTHING down to meeting plumber/contractors at our home when we could not, making special trips to pick up belongings , etc etc etc AND, perhaps most importantly, guiding our emotions (we were VERY attached to our last home) and expectations (which were high- and she kept them there) along the way. Oh, I should also mention she sold our afore mentioned last home in SIX days, full asking CASH offer- and made closing happen in ten days. There's also that. You cannot WILL not go wrong in partnering with Diana in selling or buying a home, you would ABSOLUTELY be losing out if you don't.
